The Mariposa Arts Theatre Board of Directors is responsible for the stewardship of the MAT Foundation. The volunteer members bring unique skills and experience to overseeing the conduct of the business and affairs of the Foundation, and performs some of its responsibilities directly and conducts others through committees of the Board.
